Why else, after all, would miss Lohan spend a grand total of 84 minutes in a cell for a DUI charge that'd quite probably wind anyone else up spending a whole lot more? Even Paris, for all her moronicness and being the reason for the creation of a whole new category on here, spent nearly a month behind bars for the same damn thing. Where's the fairness in that? And this be why I j ust have to say… only in America can you take a public shit and not get called out for it. Only in America.
